1. Who are we?

We are Hacken OU (registration number 14351915), located at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Kai tn 1-5M, 10111. Hereinafter, Hacken will be referred to as "we" and "our".

Controller means that we determine what, for what purpose and how your personal data will be processed.

3. What data do we collect and why?

The data we process is divided into two categories: technical information and data that is provided to us by user. But also we have a flipper’s data.

Flipper is an investor who gets the project’s tokens to crypto address before the project’s official listing and sells >30% of the received assets within the first 3 days after listing.

Technical information. When you visit our website, some data is collected automatically. We need technical data to operate, maintain, and improve our website. This includes data such as IP address, UTM parameters, geolocation, device type, and data about your interaction with the website-session ID.

The session ID includes your interaction with the website, the functions you use, the pages viewed on our website, the way you use our website, and the actions you take if such actions are present.

Data provided by the user.

To provide the service we need: flipper’s name and crypto wallet address (name and ID), token symbol, investment round, flipp amount, flipping txn hash.

We may collect: documents (screenshots of mailing, copy of agreements, parts of agreements, invoices, etc), contact information of the user (name, email, phone).

4. How long do we keep your data?

We store personal data in one category — user’s data

We store personal data of users for the duration of the usage of the service and 3 years after.

However, you can exercise your right to delete your data. In this case, your data will be deleted from our servers within 30 days of your request.

5. Do we share data with third parties?

We use your personal data to perform a contract and for communication between us and the user. We use and transfer your personal data in measures which are needed to perform a contract. Also, we transfer your data on the following grounds:

If significant material changes are made that affect your privacy and confidentiality, we will notify you by email or display information on the website and ask for your consent.
